Our products are made with the most precious and delicious mushrooms on the market: shiitake, pink mushrooms, gray mushrooms, yellow mushrooms and oyster mushrooms. In addition, all our products are certified organic by the CAAE (Andalusian Committee of Organic Agriculture).

Most of our mushrooms, besides being exclusive, have medicinal properties. Pink mushrooms: They have pigments with high antioxidant power. Shiitake: medicinal properties linked to heart disease, diabetes or even cancer. Grey mushroom: rich in fiber, minerals and amino acids that stimulate the immune system.

Chef Miriam Cozar, from Biodiverxa, has designed a spectacular recipe with our mushrooms, our extra virgin olive oil, Pedro Ximenez wine vinegar from the DO Montilla Moriles, oranges and lemons from the Guadalquivir valley and our aromatic herbs from the orchard. All ingredients are certified organic by the CAAE (Andalusian Committee of Organic Agriculture).

The mushrooms selected for this great product have been our pink mushrooms, shiitake and black thistle to combine unique flavors and medicinal properties. 300g NET WEIGHT.

- 1 JAR OF DEHYDRATED MUSHROOM CHIPS OR SHAVINGS

We have chosen pink mushrooms, shiitake and baby grey mushrooms to create chips or shavings that can be used to give the final gourmet touch to any dish or, alternatively, to cook them to taste by hydrating them. NET WEIGHT 25g, equivalent to 250g of fresh mushrooms.

- 2 JARS OF MUSHROOM FLOURS PREPARED FOR SAUCES

The flours have been micromilled to give a granulometry able to absorb all the liquids quickly and become a great sauce or cream in 10min.

2 jars of 10g net each, equivalent to 200g or two delicious sauces.
