GENERAL PURCHASE CONDITIONS AT THE HOUSE OF MUSHROOMS
1.Price lists
All prices displayed in the list of our products www.lacasadelassetas.com include VAT in the countries in which it is applicable and are valid except for transcription errors or computer problems.
This is because the applicable taxes vary depending on the country of destination of the purchase. The final purchase summary shows the final price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes according to the country chosen in the shipping data.
In relation to the Value Added Tax, as a general rule, the tax rate of 21% will be applied to the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable. All companies belonging to European Union countries that have an intra-community CIF, except Spain, will be exempt from paying this tax. VAT will not be charged on sales to any other country in the world, however the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges, which must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise.
Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from payment of VAT (customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the recipient of the merchandise).
The prices in dollars or other foreign currencies shown on the website of www.lacasadelassetas.com are indicative and result from applying the daily exchange rate of the dollar with respect to the Euro, hence the possible fluctuations in prices.
The prices displayed on www.lacasadelassetas.com may be reviewed and modified if conditions require it at any time.

If you select this payment method, you will be informed of the telephone number to which you must make the payment at the time of processing the purchase.
b) Transfer
If you select bank transfer as a payment method, you will receive, together with the confirmation of your order, an e-mail indicating the account number in which to make the bank transfer in the name of LA CASA DE LAS SETAS
It is very important that you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer within 3 days from the day you placed the order in order to validate it.
The order will not be considered effective until the receipt of the transfer is sent by e-mail to info@lacasadelassetas.com and it is effectively confirmed by our bank that the deposit has been made.
Do not forget that you must make the payment in euros and that all possible exchange and bank fees are your responsibility when opting for this payment system.
c) VISA or MASTERCARD credit card.
By selecting the secure purchase mode, we guarantee that each of the transactions made on www.lacasadelassetas.com is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are carried out using a secure environment. www.lacasadelassetas.com uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) security technology. All information you transmit to us travels encrypted over the network.
Likewise, your credit card data is not recorded in any database but goes directly to the POS (Bank's Point of Sale Terminal).
We also inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to credit card owners, we have incorporated into our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are the holder of a “secured” card you can always make payments with a VISA or MASTERCARD card in our store.
When paying with a VISA or MASTERCARD card, you will always be asked for the following information: the card number, the expiration date, and a validation code, which matches the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your credit card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.
What is CES (Secure Electronic Commerce)?
CES is a system to secure Internet transactions promoted by Visa International, Mastercard, Microsoft and Netscape, among others. The main purpose is to provide greater security to both the Internet user and the businesses that sell through the Internet, by authenticating the buyer as the legitimate owner of the card they are using.
In practice, when paying with a “secured” VISA or MASTERCARD card, you will be asked, in addition to the number and expiration date, for a personal code for exclusive use for Internet purchases that unequivocally identifies you as its owner. In this way, no one will be able to make a purchase on the Internet if they do not know this password. You will be able to distinguish if the Secure Electronic Commerce protocol is activated by the VISA “Verified by VISA” and Mastercard “Mastercard Secure Code” logos.
If you have not yet received a personal password for exclusive use for Internet payments, we advise you to ask your financial institution to add your cards to the Secure Electronic Commerce service. To do this you can contact your bank or if you are an electronic banking customer you can order it online directly.
Credit card fraud is a crime, and LA CASA DE LAS SETAS will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store.
3. Shipping methods and delivery times
Within the Iberian Peninsula our usual delivery time is 48/72 hours if the products are in stock. If a product is not available, the delivery time will be between 4 and 7 business days after payment is made. If the delivery time is going to be longer than indicated, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery time.
For international shipments, orders arrive within approximately 2 to 15 business days, depending on the availability of the products and the destination countries.
LA CASA DE LAS SETAS reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is carried out, regardless of what is stated on these pages and as long as it does not entail obvious detriment to the customer.

4. Guarantee
LA CASA DE LAS SETAS customers benefit from the trust offered by expert artisans, since using top quality materials they produce our items, always having a one-year warranty against manufacturing defects.
Defects or damage due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use of the material are not included in this warranty.
In the case of baskets and backpacks made of wicker, chestnut and natural fibers, due to the natural nature of the material used and the craftsmanship, these may have broken fibers. This damage does not make it impossible to use them and therefore does not constitute a reason for returning the product.
Decreases in the functionality of the articles, due to limitations in their design, are also excluded from the coverage of this guarantee.
5. Returns and exchanges of material
Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our items or shipments, through which we try to offer quick and effective attention to our customers.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 business days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, on the Regulation of Retail Trade, modified by Law 47/2002, of December 19.).
You just have to send the product to our warehouse: LA CASA DE LAS SETAS, C/ San Roque 3 bajo izda, 12004Castellón, in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including guarantees, labels and instructions for use.
It is very important that you return the exchange or return product(s) perfectly packaged. If the products are damaged due to inappropriate packaging, we will not accept returns.
Once we receive the merchandise in our warehouses and verify that all of the above conditions are met, www.lacasadelassetas.com will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the payment method made, and, if applicable, to send the new product.
Sometimes shipments abroad may have added costs at customs in the delivery country or added taxes. If the order is not collected, the amount will not be refunded.
In the case of defective products or erroneous shipments, all shipping costs will be borne by www.lacasadelassetas.com.
In any other case, the return costs will be borne by the customer. The amount initially paid will be refunded when said product is in our warehouses and its condition is perfect.

6. Limitation of liability
It is the client's responsibility to be trained to use the materials that LA CASA DE LAS SETAS distributes. LA CASA DE LAS SETAS declines all responsibility for the use that our clients give to the distributed products.
7. Legislation and jurisdiction
These general conditions will be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which will be applied subsidiarily to everything that has not been provided for in them. (Basically Law 34/2002 of July 11 on information services and electronic commerce)
