The FAQ section on Payment Methods that you can use on the LA CASA DE LAS SETAS website

We offer you the following payment methods so you can choose the one that best suits you:

Debit and credit card: we accept Visa, Mastercard and 4B. Payments are managed through the 100% secure payment platform integrated with the Ibercaja Virtual POS. We recommend this payment method because if you request the return of the product, the process is more agile and faster.


PayPal: you can make your payment with a Paypal account. Payment with PayPal carries a surcharge of 3.4% on the amount of the order placed.


BIZUM: if you are the holder of a Spanish bank account you can use the Bizum payment system. You must make the payment to the telephone number indicated in the purchase process.


Bank transfer: you can pay for the order by making a bank transfer to our IBERCAJA bank account: ES36 2085 9561 4703 3048 7125. This payment method is slower because it usually takes between 1 and 3 days to be posted.


Sequra, installment payment: you can use our installment payment system operated by SEQURA

Payment options will appear at the end of the purchase process. It is not possible to pay for the same order with multiple payment methods.

We remind you that in the case of refunding payments by bank transfer, the client must provide an account number where the money can be deposited.

In all cases, the order will be activated once the payment has been posted.

What is the PSD2 payment service?

PSD2 is a European Directive that regulates electronic payment services, with the aim of promoting innovation and increasing transparency and security in online purchases. PSD2 establishes basic security requirements that protect this type of electronic transactions.

How does the PSD2 payment service work?

Due to the new European PSD2 payment directive, your bank may ask you to authorize payments for your online purchases.

- To complete your order, you must open your bank's application, or log in to the bank's website.

- Follow the instructions and authorize the payment.

- Once authorized, return to La Casa de las Setas and check that your order has been completed.

In what cases do you ask me?

La Casa de las Setas promotes the use of secure payment for all its purchases, however, it is the card-issuing bank that ultimately decides on the procedure to validate the payment.

What do I do if I don't have the bank application?

In the case of payments made by card that require the use of an app, you should consult with your bank to see if there is an alternative to complete the payment without the use of said application. Otherwise, it will be essential that you download the application indicated by the bank.
Alternatively, La Casa de las Setas offers other types of payment, either by bank transfer, cash on delivery, installment payment or through Paypal, as additional options.

How do I know that the payment has been made correctly? Is there any confirmation from La Casa de las Setas?

Upon successfully completing the payment for your order, you will return to the La Casa de las Setas page where you are informed about the content of the order and the order number that we have assigned to you. Likewise, after a few minutes, you will receive an email informing you of the success of your order. If in doubt, you can consult our Customer Service.
