How does the Professional section work?
Here you will find answers to any questions you may have regarding the operation of our store for mushroom professionals.
Register as a client
We will only give access to companies and professionals related to the product lines on our website. We want to establish lasting relationships with our clients and we will only authorize those requests that have links to our subject matter. To do this, we may request form 036 to verify the activity of the business.
If you are a specialized store or a self-employed professional, you can request access to the B2B pro section of La casa de las Setas. To do this, you must access the form and fill out the fields we ask for, indicating which of the different lines of our company you are interested in. We leave you a link to a video where we explain how to register.
Once we receive the request to register as a B2B client, within 48 hours we will verify the data to proceed with the authorization. Once accepted, you will receive a welcome email with your account access information and where we will explain how our Professional section works. We recommend that you update your password on your first session
We only require a first purchase of a minimum amount of €70. From the first purchase onwards, we do not establish any restrictions on orders from professionals, but we do require that amount as a minimum order to activate the Professional tab.

Within the Mushroom Hunting Equipment category, the categories with special discounts for professionals are:

Within the Gourmet Mushrooms category, the categories with special discounts for professionals are those that we package in bulk:
Dehydrated mushrooms 15%
Mushroom powder 15%
Fresh truffle 15%
Risottos with mushrooms 15%
Pasta with mushrooms 15%
Dehydrated ingredients 15%
Within the mushroom cultivation category, the categories with special discounts for professionals are:
Kits and growing logs 15% Mushroom alpacas 15% Mycelium 15% In the rest of the categories on the website a 5% discount will be applied, except for those products in which we have already applied a special discount and which will be excluded from this special rate
We apply special discounts (between 15%-25%) only in certain categories and products in which we can adjust prices further, but in all categories of the store you will be able to enjoy special prices. We want you to feel special when working with us. Discount vouchers applied to store customers will not be applied to professional accounts, and in any case the discounts are never cumulative.

Of course, we will not be able to apply the same conditions to all products, but we will apply discounts on all products except for those that have already been reduced.
Orders
The simplest and most autonomous way is through the web, similar to the purchase that any user would make in our store. But if you prefer, you can also place orders by email, sending an email to info@lacasadelassetas.com or by Whatsapp (640267118). If you choose this way of placing orders, we need you to indicate your customer information, what products you are interested in and what quantity, the chosen payment method and a delivery address. We will take care of the rest. Note: we can only deliver orders to physical addresses. Never in post office boxes.
The payment methods for professional clients are the same as those we apply on the website: Bizum Credit card Bank transfer Paypal (with a service fee of 3.4% that will increase when placing the order) There is also the possibility of using the SEQURA installment payment service.
Along with each order we will include the invoice for it, but if it needs to be received in another format or it has not been attached by mistake, you can request it by email and we will send it to you immediately. To do this you must send an email to info@lacasadelassetas indicating your information and the details of the invoice in question.
Within the access form you will find a box to check in case you need us to apply an Equivalence Surcharge on your invoices. This way it will be activated in your customer file and will be applied to each purchase.
Shipping
For small quantities, the deadlines are those stipulated on the website for each product. These periods do not usually exceed 24-48 hours. In the event that we do not have sufficient stock, the deadlines may be longer than usual, although they do not usually exceed 3-4 days. If the requested products eventually have to be manufactured, we will inform you at all times of the established deadline so that you are informed. In the case of crop products, as they are living elements, we cannot guarantee 100% their availability. In these cases we will inform you of the incubation or mycorrhization time necessary so that you can take it into account.
We manage shipments with national and international courier companies (CORREOS, NACEX, UPS, DHL,...) and it is the same type of transport that we use on our website. Delivery times are the same and are usually 24-48 hours within the peninsula, from receipt of the package by the courier. International shipments have longer transit times depending greatly on the destination country. If you need a palletized delivery, we will inform you of the transportation price once we are clear about the order quantity and the delivery location.
Of course! A large part of our clients ship directly to their clients in Dropshipping mode. If not indicated otherwise, the delivery address will be the one stipulated in the professional client file. In order to select a shipping address different from the billing address, you must include it in the payment gateway, or tell us by email or WhatsApp so we can manage it.
