The FAQs section on Shipping and Transportation on the LA CASA DE LAS SETAS website provides detailed information about the different shipping costs, delivery times and solutions to incidents during the shipping process.

Shipping costs will depend on the volume and/or weight of the total products purchased.

We offer several transportation options, with different delivery times, so you can choose the one that best suits you.

The delivery time within the peninsula will range between 48 hours and 168 hours (2 and 7 working days) as long as the order is in stock and depending on the transportation option chosen.

Most national shipments are delivered between 24 and 48 hours from placing the order.

For international shipments it will range between 2 and 15 days depending on the destination and the availability of the product.

If the order placed is not in stock, the customer will be informed of the approximate delivery time provided by the supplier.

The delivery time may suffer delays beyond the control of La Casa de las Setas and its responsibility.

Yes, when we ship your order you will receive an email with a link from the shipping company.

In this link you will be able to know the shipping status at all times, as well as the tracking code for your order.

Our carriers allow you to change to a collection point close to the initial delivery address.

If you do not receive this message, contact us and we will inform you of the status of the shipment.

If your order is not delivered due to prolonged absence of the recipient, incorrect delivery address, order not picked up at the collection point..., it will be returned to La Casa de las Setas after 10-15 days of custody.

Once your package is delivered back to La Casa de las Setas, we will proceed to the corresponding refund. Shipping costs will not be refunded, only those of the products in the order and the depreciation of the product caused by transportation.

From La Casa de las Setas we can send your order to any destination in Spain (including the Islands), EU countries and almost all countries in the world.

If you have any questions about this, you can contact us about the availability of some products for international shipping and shipping costs for countries outside the EU.

We do not deliver orders to PO boxes, only to physical addresses.

The products are sent directly to the address indicated by the buyer when making the purchase.

If, due to the address entered by the buyer being incorrect, a reshipment must be made, the buyer will be responsible for the costs derived from this new transportation. For this reason, we recommend that you make sure of the information entered when placing the order.

There is the possibility of using the delivery points provided by the carriers

Shipments made by our store are 100% insured and Casa de las Setas is responsible for any mishap that occurs during transportation.

In the event that any mishap occurs, you must contact us immediately and indicate the visible damage. To claim damages, we will need photographs of the condition of the packaging and the damage, as well as the shipping label that appears on the packaging.

We will only accept notifications for packaging damage within 12 hours after delivery of the package, since from that moment on the carrier's insurance is not responsible for the condition of the delivered packaging.

When the return is from the customer to us, the customer is responsible for any damage that may occur in transport.
