Truffle Carpaccio in olive oil
To perfume and decorate all kinds of dishes (pasta and fresh pasta, fried eggs, omelets and scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms and vegetables, poultry and fish preparations, dressings for tapas, pintxos and salads, cheese or melted cheese dishes).
INGREDIENTS
Truffles (Tuber Aestivum), olive oil, salt and aroma.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
To perfume and decorate all kinds of dishes (pasta and fresh pasta, fried eggs, omelettes and scrambled eggs, sautéed mushrooms and vegetables, poultry and fish preparations, dressings for tapas, pintxos and salads, cheese or melted cheese dishes).
