Truffled mushroom sauce
Ingredients: pleurotus sylvestre, agaricus bisporus ,craterelus cornicopioides, Tuber aestivum, extra virgin olive oil, onion, pepper, salt and aroma.
Mix with cream to finish the sauce if desired.

GLUTEN FREE product.
Commercial presentation: glass jar of 150 gr. and 500 gr.
Storage: at room temperature. Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
Storage conditions: keep in a cool, dry and ventilated place at room temperature.
Some culinary uses: perfect for roasted or grilled meats and fish of all kinds.
Finished with cream it is excellent for pasta.
