Our customer service schedule is as follows:

Monday to Thursday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m. and from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. Friday from 9:30 a.m. to 2:00 p.m.

Saturdays, Sundays and holidays: closed

If you contact us outside these hours, we will respond as soon as possible but within our normal opening hours.
