-Shiitake in extra virgin olive oil:

Oak-grown baby shiitake mushroom, lightly steamed and preserved in unfiltered extra virgin olive oil (Arbequina variety) with a light touch of star anise. Ingredients: Shiitake mushroom 70%, extra virgin olive oil 30%, star anise and salt.

-Pickled shiitake:

Baby oak shiitake mushroom sautéed in wok and pickled in a soft cooking of white wine (Airén variety), apple vinegar and extra virgin olive oil with carrot and onion. Ingredients:Shiitake 40%, onion 17%, carrot 10%, extra virgin olive oil 20%, white wine, apple vinegar, black pepper, bay leaf, panela sugar and salt.

-Shiitake pate:

Vegetable shiitake mushroom pate. Creamy texture and intense shiitake flavor.

Made in our own workshop in Cabranes. Ingredients: Shiitake mushroom 60%, onion and leek 20%, olive oil, sunflower seeds, white wine, salt and pepper.
