Pinus pinaster pine, resin tree mycorrhized with the most common species of niscalos or robellones (Lactarius deliciosus, L. sanguifluus and L. vinosus).

Each species is adapted to a specific environment and soil type. Thus, each pine tree is mycorrhizated with three different strains of native chanterelles.

In this way, it will be the environmental conditions of the area where the pine is planted that will select the most appropriate strain of chanterelles, guaranteeing production from the 4th year onwards.

LA CASA DE LAS SETAS has an excellent production of Pinus pinaster (resin pine), niscalero mycorrhized with the symbiotic fungus lactarius deliciosus, sanguifluus and vinosus, of the highest quality. These niscalos have been obtained from vines grown in the harshest soils and environments.

The lactarius fungus (níscalo, rovelló, robellón, pinetell) acts symbiotically with the tree, which means that both benefit from this relationship, the tree will grow more, thanks to the mycorrhizae that help it absorb nutrients that without them it could not absorb and, in addition, prevents the attack of fungi harmful to the root, so the tree will be much healthier.

HOW TO CULTIVATE NISCALER PINE TREESPine and loquat fruit in all soils except soils that are easily waterlogged.

If the soil is very hard or compact it is recommended to till it before planting and once planted it should not be reworked and, if weeds come up, they will be poisoned with herbicide.

The arrangement of the trees in the field should not be less than 4 x 4 m

The best time to plant this pine is from October to November and from February to April and, if there is abundant water, at any time, although it is advisable to water the first two years in the summer season when there is more drought.

Fungicide should never be used on these pines as it would kill the fungus. Our pines are of a spring so they will adapt better to the transplant, we have them in forest trays with alveoli of 250 cc and 300 cc, the pines have a height of 20 to 30 cm.

These pines should not be fertilized because it could spoil the fungus lactar, also it is not necessary because the fungus gets more food to the tree
