What are micro plants? They are plants harvested in their early stages of growth, which gives them a high nutritional value and a more concentrated flavor.

Mustard has a high vitamin C content, so it is beneficial for the skin, eyesight and respiratory system. It has a ""sweet-spicy"" flavor and is ideal for adding to salads, creams or pastas.

Each kit includes an envelope with organic seeds, a tablet of dehydrated substrate, a sprayer and instructions to carry out your cultivation.
