The craftswomen who make this liqueur have collected liqueur recipes from the Galician rural world in order to make them in their distillery. This liqueur is made from distilled pomace and with the addition of small Cantharellus cibarius mushrooms or chanterelles. These mushrooms can be appreciated inside the bottle since not all of them are eliminated in the filtrate and 2 or 3 specimens are left as decoration
Completely natural product , without using any additives or preservatives, and letting the liqueur respect its maturation time
