Prepare this delicious recipe of Fideuá of mixed mushrooms , in 2500 gr bag special catering

For its preparation we recommend this recipe:

Sauté an onion in a frying pan, brown the noodles and mushrooms
Add fish stock or hot water (approx. between 1500 and 1800 ml)
Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, adding fish stock/water and adjusting the salt.
To serve it can be accompanied with allioli
Serve hot
