Also known as black or winter truffle, Tuber melanosporum (its scientific name) or Perigord truffle . It only grows in very few areas of the world. It has an intense and unmistakable aroma.
Our truffles are harvested by expert truffle hunters assisted by their trained dogs.
To guarantee maximum freshness, they are harvested upon request and arrive at the customers home within a maximum of 24 hours.
