Shii-ta-ke (Lentinus edodes) is one of the most common mushrooms in China and Japan and is considered to be the mushroom of longevity. Shii-ta-ke has been consumed for at least two thousand years.
There is evidence that this mushroom was used to preserve health, improve circulation, cure colds and to stimulate the body's defense mechanisms in general.
It is rich in amino acids, ergosterol (precursor of vitamin D) and B vitamins. It also contains numerous minerals and trace elements (potassium, sulfur and phosphorus).
Its nutritional value comes from its composition rich in essential amino acids, carbohydrates, vitamins, mineral elements, and specific substances, especially lentinan (polysaccharide appreciated for its antitumor and immunomodulatory activity). In addition, Shii-ta-ké has been linked to hypolipidemic, antibiotic, antiviral and antithrombotic actions.
Maitaké (Grifola frondosa) is a large mushroom that grows in the mountains of Japan, Asia, Europe and eastern North America. It has immune modulating properties that can be of great help in strengthening the defense system; it also helps in cases of chronic fatigue and recurrent infections, as well as in the treatment of infections of viral origin. This action is due to the water-soluble fraction of Maitaké, which contains numerous 1,3 Beta D-glucans that stimulate macrophage cytokine production, inducing the immune response.
Reishi mushrooms (Ganoderma lucidum) have been recognized by Chinese physicians as a "valuable remedy" for over 2,000 years. They are used for the treatment of many diseases, as it strengthens the whole organism. For example, it is commonly used for the treatment of chronic hepatitis, for insomnia, due to its "sleep promoting factor" (continued use promotes low waves of sleep), for many psychiatric and neurological conditions, anorexia and weakness following long illnesses. It is also highly effective in the treatment of neurosis caused by "environmental stress"; it is therefore used as an analgesic and muscle relaxant, as it has essentially "calming functions", but is not narcotic or hypnotic. It contains ganoderic acid, which lowers blood pressure, lowers cholesterol and inhibits platelet aggregation, contributing to the prevention of thrombosis and cardiovascular diseases. It is used in the symptomatic relief of arthritis and menopausal anxiety as well as in the treatment of allergic asthma and chronic fatigue syndrome.

Directions for use
Take 1 to 2 ampoules a day, pure or diluted in half a glass of water.
Shake well before use. A deposit may appear in the ampoules; this deposit is completely normal.
