In La Casa de las Setas we are committed to deliver Christmas and Epiphany gifts on time.
Although our delivery service is 24h we must understand that are dates of many shipments and if we rush the delivery time we are exposed to possible incidents that may delay delivery . We recommend you to place your Christmas orders before December 20th, although if you are part of the group of last minute stragglers, we can deliver orders placed on December 23rd. Just in time, but we are on time.
In order to be able to deliver orders before January 5th, we recommend not to rush and place orders before December 31st, although orders received by 17:00 on January 2nd will be delivered the following day.
- Recommended date for Christmas gifts, December 25: until December 20 (Friday)
- Deadline for orders to be delivered before December 25: until 17:00 on Monday, December 23 Recommended date for Epiphany gifts, January 5: until December 31 (Tuesday, January 5)
- Recommended date for Epiphany gifts, January 5: until December 31 (Tuesday)
- Deadline for orders to be delivered before January 5: until 17:00 on Thursday, January 2
Christmas gift returns
All orders completed between November 28 and January 5 can be returned until January 24.
For orders completed after January 5, regular return times apply, 14 days
The costs incurred for returns are always at the buyer's expense.
