The Maserín mushroom knife has a 7.5 cm curved blade made of 420 stainless steel. This special curved blade adapts to the foot of the mushroom for easy cutting.
It incorporates a special serration on the back edge of the knife for cleaning the foot of the mushroom.
The handle of the Maserín mushroom knife is made of resistant green polypropylene .
