This Pedrajas asparagus spear knife is manufactured using stainless steel in its curved blade.
Its 35 cm long handle will facilitate the harvesting of the most distant asparagus stalks. We will be able to access more complicated areas. As it is made of white polyethylene plastic, it is very light.
