Artichoke and truffle cream
The combination of these two flavors is very successful
INGREDIENTS
80% artichokes, 14% olive oil, 5% truffle (Tuber Aestivum Vitt.), garlic, salt, lemon juice and aroma.
INSTRUCTIONS FOR USE
This artichoke spread can be enjoyed alone with toast, served in a bowl with some breadsticks or with other ingredients to make a skewer.

It is considered the younger sister of T. Melanosporum. Melanosporum, its flavor is also pleasant but not very vigorous.
