GUIDE TO THE MUSHROOMS OF THE PROVINCE OF CUENCA

<p>The province of Cuenca is one of the most extensive in Spain. The provincial mycological catalog easily exceeds a thousand species. In this guide 594 species have been selected, including toxic and poisonous species, as well as some singular or very rare novelties. The main objective of this guide is to offer a practical tool as complete as possible, which serves to enjoy collecting mushrooms in a didactic, entertaining and safe way. To this end, advice is given on how to collect and consume mushrooms and the main mycological habitats of the province are described.
