Terms and Conditions of the Professional Channel – La Casa de las Setas

1. Nature and Variability of the Product Given the status of La Casa de las Setas as a distributor of artisanal, wild, seasonal products and living organisms (mycelium and kits), the professional customer accepts that:

• Availability may be limited and subject to harvesting campaigns.

• Base prices and discounts are subject to change without notice due to fluctuations in the market of origin (harvesters and producers).

2. Discount and Exclusion System

• Professional discounts (15% base + volume scaling) are applied to the current retail price, except for products without added value or accessories, where the discount will be 5%.

• Incompatibility: These discounts cannot be combined with end customer coupons, temporary offers on the website, gift packs or personalised products.

• Scaling: Additional quantity discounts (e.g. 3 units: +3%; 5 units: +5%; Half Pallet: +10%) are calculated automatically in the shopping cart.

3. Logistics, Stock and Deliveries

• Pro Orders: For large volume orders, the estimated delivery time is 7 working days if replenishment from central warehouses is required.

• Live Products: For grow kits and alpacas, the delivery time depends on the biological cycle (incubation/mycorrhization). The customer will be informed in a timely manner.

• Free shipping: Applicable to orders over €300 (Peninsula). For palletised orders, the cost of transport will be quoted separately after the order is confirmed. The promotion does not apply to heavy or bulky products (mushroom alpacas, substrate bags, industrial mycelium boxes, palletised products).

4. Validation and Minimum Order The professional account will only be active after our team has validated the economic activity. A minimum first order of €70 is required to consolidate the professional customer file.

5. Data Protection (GDPR) The data provided in the registration form will be processed by La Casa de las Setas for the sole purpose of managing the B2B commercial relationship, invoicing and sending professional communications. You can exercise your rights of access, rectification and deletion by sending an email to info@lacasadelassetas.com.
