Prepare this delicious recipe of mountain rice , in a glass container of 500 gr
For its preparation we recommend this recipe:
- Sauté an onion in a frying pan, brown the noodles and mushrooms
- Add fish stock or hot water (approx. between 1500 and 1800 ml)
- Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, adding fish stock/water and adjusting the salt.
- To serve it can be accompanied with allioli
- Serve hot
