MycoGrow Hardwood Mix | Mycorrhizal Powder for Mushroom Production

MycoGrow Hardwood Mix is a powdered mycorrhizal inoculant developed by Aromas e Boletos after 12+ years of research, specifically formulated for hardwood trees like oaks, chestnuts, strawberry trees, and cork oaks.

This wettable powder contains a proprietary blend of spores and fragments of Amanita caesarea, Boletus edulis, Boletus aereus, and Cantharellus cibarius, plus pioneering endomycorrhizal fungi (Glomus intraradices and G. mosseae) capable of forming effective symbiosis with plant roots.

Contents: 30 g of active spores and mycorrhizal fungi.

Instructions:

1. Apply to trees aged 5–25 years.
2. Expose surface roots (herbaceous layer).
3. Dissolve contents in 5 L of water.
4. Stir mixture and apply directly to the plant base.
5. Cover roots again with removed top layer.

Recommendations:

• Apply on moist days without heavy rain forecast.
• Water once weekly during extended droughts.
• Avoid pesticides and herbicides in treated zones.
• Do not plow inoculated areas in following years; only clear surface debris.
• Light pruning is recommended to encourage light and mushroom production.

Expected fruiting: 18 to 36 months after application depending on conditions.
