*The cultivated breads are only exchanged or refunded in the following cases:

1- A contamination or bad condition of the product is reported within 24 hours after receiving the order.

2- Within 10 days after receiving the order, photographs of the cultivation process are provided, showing the conditions in which the bread has been kept: temperature, humidity, correct ventilation, evolution of the bread, etc. If the process has been followed correctly by the customer and the kit does not bear fruit, we will be able to observe any anomaly and advise the customer with further instructions if possible.
