1- Contamination or poor condition of the product is reported within the first 24 hours after receiving the order.

2- Within 10 days of receiving the order, photographs of the cultivation process are provided, showing the conditions in which the cake has been kept: temperature, humidity, correct ventilation, evolution of the cake, etc. If the process has been followed correctly by the customer and the kit does not fruit, we will be able to observe any anomaly and advise the customer with further instructions if possible. After this time and without photographic monitoring, La casa de las setas cannot be held responsible as we cannot corroborate if the customer has followed the instructions to the letter.

4- It is only exchanged or refunded immediately if contamination or poor condition of the product is reported within the first 24 hours after receiving the order.
