Prepare this delicious recipe of mountain rice , in a glass container of 500 gr

For its preparation we recommend this recipe:

  • Sauté an onion in a frying pan, brown the noodles and mushrooms
  • Add fish stock or hot water (approx. between 1500 and 1800 ml)
  • Season with salt and pepper and let it cook for approximately 15-20 minutes, adding fish stock/water and adjusting the salt.
  • To serve it can be accompanied with allioli
  • Serve hot
