This alloy of Spanish origin has superior qualities, since it has a substantial concentration of molybdenum and vanadium, which gives it a hardness of 57-61HRC according to the Rockwell Scale. MoVa stainless steel has an exact composition of 0.53% carbon, 0.50% manganese, 0.35% silicon, 14.50% chromium, 0.50% molybdenum and 0.18% vanadium, which gives it an excellent performance in the maintenance and retention of the cutting edge, as well as in obtaining a great profile for hunting cuts.

Handle

Muelas designers have integrated into this product a high-strength handle made of Micarta, a material that is formed by superimposing layers of fiber with epoxy resin.

This type of handle makes the Grizzly an ideal knife for continuous use over long periods of time, as Micartas main qualities are its hardness and resistance to corrosion, extreme temperatures and impact from collisions with objects. The color of the handle finish is Black.

Blade

The profile used on the steel blade is Drop Point, which is a very practical and popular shape, ideal for hunting knives or knives to be used in the bush. The straight edge has a marked belly for deep and long cuts, making it a very versatile style.
