<h2>CAN I CHANGE OR RETURN A PURCHASE?

The buyer has 14 non-extendable calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to return a purchase.

IF I GIVE A GIFT AT CHRISTMAS HOW LONG DO I HAVE TO RETURN IT IF I DON'T LIKE IT?

The return period is extended at Christmas time as many people make purchases at the beginning of the month or take advantage of the Black Friday sales. To make it easier for customers to return or exchange the purchased product, all purchases made from November 28 (Black Friday) until January 6 (Epiphany) can be returned until January 20

HOW SHOULD I RETURN?

You must contact us through the contact form requesting the return.

Tell us your name and order number, as well as the reason for the return.

Returns that have not been previously communicated will not be accepted.

The product/s you wish to return must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging, if any. If the product has any kind of damage in both the product and its packaging, we will not accept the return. It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange for the pick up of the product if he/she prefers.

In case of incidence from La Casa de las Setas we will contact the customer to solve it.

WHERE SHOULD I SEND THE RETURN?

The return delivery address is:

The return must be made by courier. We will not accept shipments of products that are not delivered to this address, nor those that have to be picked up at other addresses (in a post office for example)

It will be the customer's responsibility to arrange the shipment of the product back to our offices.

WHEN IS THE REFUND OF THE AMOUNT REFUNDED?

The amount of the refund will be made once the article has been checked by LA CASA DE LAS SETAS.  The amount will be refunded in the same way from where the payment was made.

If the product shows any kind of damage or signs of use, the amount will not be refunded.

In case of return only the value of the article will be paid, the shipping costs associated with the return will always be charged to the buyer.

If the returned product was conditional on the free shipping of the initial order, the amount of the shipping will be subtracted from the amount of the refund.

CAN I EXCHANGE THE PRODUCT AFTER I RECEIVE IT?

The buyer has 14 non-extendable calendar days from the date of delivery of the order to exchange one product for another.

The amount will be adjusted once we receive the name and reference of the new product in LA CASA DE LAS SETAS, which must be in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Otherwise you are responsible for the depreciation.

In case of exchange, the buyer will only pay one of the 2 shipping costs generated by the exchange of the product (resend a new product and bring back the returned product), since the shipping costs generated for the return of the initial product will be assumed by THE HOUSE OF Mushrooms.
