1.Price lists

All prices shown in the list of our products www.lacasadelassetas.com include VAT in countries where applicable and are valid except for transcription errors or computer problems.   

This is due to the fact that applicable taxes vary according to the country of purchase destination. The final purchase summary shows the final price of the purchase, indicating the amount corresponding to the applicable taxes according to the country chosen in the shipping data.   

In relation to Value Added Tax, as a general rule, the tax rate of 21% will be applied for the territory of the European Union where this tax is applicable. All companies belonging to European Union countries with an intra-Community VAT number, except for Spain, will be exempt from paying this tax. VAT will not be charged on sales to any other country in the world; however, the customs systems of each country will apply the corresponding tax charges, which must be paid at destination by the receiver of the goods.

Due to their special tax regime, the geographical areas corresponding to the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla are considered non-EU territories. Therefore, purchases made by residents of these territories are exempt from VAT (customs clearance costs and import taxes are not included in the price of the item or in the shipping price, and must be paid at destination by the receiver of the goods).   

The prices in dollars or other foreign currencies shown on the Web of www.lacasadelassetas.com , are approximate and result from applying the daily exchange rate of the dollar against the Euro, hence the possible fluctuations in prices.   

The prices shown in www.lacasadelassetas.com may be revised and modified if conditions require it at any time.

a) Cash on delivery

At the customer's choice, cash on delivery in mainland Spain will be possible.     

Payment will be made in cash at the time of delivery of the order through the transport company corresponding to the place of shipment; Nacex, UPS, CORREOS EXPRESS or postal mail.

b) Bank transfer

If you select bank transfer as payment method, you will receive together with the confirmation of your order an e-mail where you will be given the account number to make the bank transfer in the name of LA CASA DE LAS SETAS

It is very important that you indicate in the subject the order number, as well as your name and surname, and make the transfer before 3 days from the day you place the order to be able to validate it.   

The order will not be considered effective until you send by e-mail info@lacasadelassetas.com the receipt of the transfer and it is effectively confirmed by our bank that the payment has been made.   

Do not forget that you must make the payment in Euros and that all possible exchange and bank commissions are at your expense when you choose this payment system.

c) Credit card VISA or MASTERCARD.

By selecting the secure shopping mode, we guarantee that every transaction on www.lacasadelassetas.com is 100% secure. All operations involving the transmission of personal or banking data are performed using a secure environment.    www.lacasadelassetas.com uses a server based on standard SSL (Secure Socked Layer) security technology. All the information that you transmit to us travels encrypted through the network.   

Likewise, your credit card information is not registered in any database but goes directly to the POS (Point of Sale Terminal of the Bank).   

We also inform you that in an effort to provide greater security to the owners of credit cards, we have incorporated in our payment gateway the secure payment system called CES (Secure Electronic Commerce). In this way, if you are a "secured" cardholder, you will always be able to pay with VISA or MASTERCARD in our store.   

When paying with VISA or MASTERCARD you will always be asked for the following data: the card number, the expiration date, and a validation code, which coincides with the last 3 digits of the number printed in italics on the back of your credit card, thus offering more guarantees about the security of the transaction.   

What is CES (Secure Electronic Commerce)?   

CES is a system for securing Internet transactions promoted by Visa International, Mastercard, Microsoft and Netscape, among others. The main purpose is to provide greater security both to the Internet user and to the merchants selling through the Internet, by authenticating the buyer as the legitimate holder of the card being used.   

In practice, when paying with a "secured" VISA or MASTERCARD card, in addition to the number and expiration date, a personal password for exclusive use for Internet purchases will be requested, which unequivocally identifies the cardholder as the owner of the card. In this way, no one will be able to make a purchase on the Internet if he/she does not know the password. You will be able to distinguish if the Secure Electronic Commerce protocol is activated by the VISA "Verified by VISA" and Mastercard "Mastercard Secure Code" logos.             

If you have not yet received a personal password for exclusive use for Internet payments, we advise you to ask your financial institution to adhere your cards to the Secure Electronic Commerce service. To do this you can contact your bank or if you are an electronic banking customer you can order it directly online.   

Credit card fraud is a crime, and LA CASA DE LAS SETAS, will take legal action against anyone who makes a fraudulent transaction in our online store

3. Shipping methods and delivery times

Within the Iberian Peninsula our usual delivery time is 48/72h if the product(s) are in stock. If a product is not available, the delivery time will be between 4 and 7 working days after the payment is made. If the delivery time will be longer than indicated, we will contact you to let you know the expected delivery time.

For international shipments, orders arrive within approximately 2 to 15 business days, depending on product availability and destination countries.

LA CASA DE LAS SETAS reserves the right to vary the type of shipment and the company by which it is made, independently of what is stated in these pages and as long as it does not suppose a manifest prejudice for the client.

4. Warranty

The customers of LA CASA DE LAS SETAS benefit from the confidence offered by the expert craftsmen, since they use first quality materials to produce our articles, always having a one year warranty against manufacturing defects.

Defects or flaws due to incorrect use or handling of the material or wear and tear caused by normal use are not included in this warranty.   

The diminished functionality of the articles, due to their design limitations, are also excluded from the coverage of this warranty.

5. Returns and exchanges of material

Our customer service department has an after-sales service to solve any problem with our articles or shipments, through which we try to offer a fast and efficient attention to our customers.   

If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a period of 14 working days, counting from the date of delivery of the order, to return it. (According to art. 44 of Law 7/1996, of January 15, 1996 on Retail Trade Management, as amended by Law 47/2002, of December 19, 2002).   

You only have to send us the product in perfect condition and in its original packaging, including warranties, labels and instructions for use.

It is very important that you return the product(s) for exchange or refund perfectly packed. In case the products are damaged due to improper packaging, we will not accept the return.   

Once we receive the goods in our warehouses and check that all the above conditions are met,

www.lacasadelassetas.com will accept the return of the product and will proceed to refund the amount according to the method of payment made, and if necessary, the shipment of the new product.   

Sometimes shipments abroad may have added costs at the customs of the country of delivery or added taxes. If the order is not picked up, no refund will be made.

In the case of defective products or incorrect shipments, all shipping costs shall be borne by

www.lacasadelassetas.com .   

In any other case, the return shipping costs shall be borne by the customer. You will be refunded the amount initially paid when the product is in our warehouse and its condition is perfect.

6. Limitation of liability

It is the customer's responsibility to be qualified to use the materials that LA CASA DE LAS SETAS distributes. LA CASA DE LAS SETAS declines all responsibility for the use that our customers give to the products distributed.                             

7. Legislation and jurisdiction

These general conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with the legislation in force in Spain on the matter, which shall be applied subsidiarily in all matters not provided for therein. (Basically Law 34/2002 of July 11, 2002 on information services and electronic commerce)
